Fuel pricing at this location is quite reasonable. However, we encountered an issue with the dispensing equipment; the hose is too short for adequate reach, necessitating that the aircraft be maneuvered extremely close to the pump for fueling. Furthermore, the hose reel lacks a proper stop mechanism and constantly attempts to retract, meaning two individuals are required to complete the fueling process. This equipment certainly requires maintenance and a longer hose!

To continue these comments: On the other hand, the restroom is tidy and well-supplied. Although we did not utilize the courtesy vehicle, it appears to be in superb condition—well above the typical standard for an FBO!

Regarding the previous comment, the card reader was swapped out last year and has been functioning perfectly for the last seven months.

Every time I attempt to purchase fuel at U-82, there seems to be an issue with the card reader. I tried a Visa, an Amex, and a second Visa. I had to make my subsequent fuel stop running on fumes. I would advise against relying on this fuel stop. I had received a warning previously.

The hose and ground cable were successfully repaired.
