AvGas is tucked away in a corner of a hangar apron and is difficult to taxi up to. If there is active helo traffic (two different hospital helos base here) the FBO staff will make you wait. There is an $80 landing fee for single engine piston land. It's not advertised, and they don't seem to mind that fact. No exceptions are made, and fuel purchase does not grant you a discount or waive the fee. No one will assist you with parking or tying down your aircraft. Furthermore, there are no tie-down points available.
