M40 now has a rental car available on site. As of 4/4/24, the rate is $65 per day with a limit of 250 miles daily and $0.20 per mile beyond that. When you factor in no landing or overnight fees, free GPU starts with fuel purchase, and very reasonable fuel costs, M40 is a superb location to stop for fuel or to reach northeastern MS. The personnel are also quite friendly, and they boast a very nice new terminal building.

We stopped here for fuel last week. I called ahead to confirm the availability of fuel and C.A.A. membership. Without being asked, they had the Jet A fuel truck running and waiting for us when we landed. Nice, clean, modern, and excellent service—thanks.

Excellent stopping place- friendly hospitality and affordable fuel, I will certainly stop by again. These personnel assisted me a few months back when I needed to make a maintenance stop. Fantastic mechanic on the field - fair and complete!
