Landed at Youngstown for fuel and to avoid some July storms on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had an electrical issue pop up after starting, so we had to stay the night. Cheryl and the line crew were very helpful; they made us feel well taken care of. She reached out to the maintenance team and informed them we needed assistance first thing in the morning. The maintenance team performed excellently, and we were airborne the next afternoon. I would certainly use their services again.

We stopped for a break and fuel during a trip toward the Chicago area. A wonderful FBO featuring friendly personnel and pleasant facilities. They even had cookies!

What an excellent operation. I was ferrying my light twin back home when weather set in. I landed at 10pm as they were closing. The front desk woman and gentleman on the line realized I was coming to them and reopened the FBO and marshaled me in. They promptly got me on the way to a hotel with a nice crew car and were very accommodating, unfazed by me making them stay past closing. In the morning, I rested at the beautiful pilot lounge until the weather lifted. Whatever they charge is well worth it.

Friendly and efficient service. I was offered my choice of office with a desk or a comfy pilot lounge for my rest and planning time. Upon arrival on a warm day, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and some fresh cookies. A very nice facility—I look forward to returning.

Excellent FBO for a quick fuel stop. We were marshalled in and fueled right away. The attendant at the desk was very pleasant and directed us toward the fresh baked cookies that were available. We had lunch and relaxed in the comfortable seating area for a short while. When departing, I requested a water, and I was offered cold or ambient temperature options. Fuel prices are high, but the FBO service is superb.
