Excellent staff and services, plus a superb location adjacent to runway 5. The FAA station is right next door to the FBO, and I underwent a ramp check. I had all my paperwork in order, and the inspector was very pleasant. A wonderful airport.

Fantastic people. Dedicated personnel with a strong work ethic. About the only negative review here regarding not trusting Avflight: I know these folks very well. Years of trust with some of them. I have never requested preferential treatment, and I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, respect, and professionalism. We will continue to bring our heavy jet business to them, as they truly value our high standards and requirements. Excellent is what we aim for, and excellent is what we receive.

Do not rely on this operation. I secured a confirmed booking a month in advance. While on final approach, they informed me they were completely full and had no space available, forcing me to execute a diversion.

The staff was super great, friendly, and accomplished. They made our charter flight very smooth.

Avflight Willow Run takes really good care of passengers, too. I was dropped off here by a pilot friend. However, I had not made prior arrangements for the short road trip to DTW. That was a big mistake. Fortunately, both Sherman and Ashley went way out of their way to help me arrange transportation to DTW, and I made my flight on time. They are both very pleasant and personable individuals as well. If I were flying in this area, this is where I would want to land.
