Deer on and in vicinity of runway 17/35.
For cd contact syracuse approach at 315-455-6218.
Gldr opns in vicinity of of airport.
Maint shop ap & ia available mon-fri 0900-1700.
Migratory birds on and in vicinity of of airport spring and fall.
Noise abatement procedures in effect; all aircraft departures maintain runway heading until 2100 ft MSL before making turn out.
Runway 17/35 south end has 572 ft safety area.
Runway 17 Controlling Object Clearance Slope: Runway 17 clnc slope 29:1 to dthr.
