APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed actvt malsr runway 16 & 34; hirl runway 16/34; mirl runway 10/28; taxiway lights - CTAF.
ARFF Certification: Ppr 12 hours for unsked acr operations with more than 9 pax seats 2300-0600 call amgr 607-763-4474. arff available 0530-0000 and/or til 15 min aft the last sked acr opn.
Atct unable to see hard surface S of FBO hangar.
Attendance Schedule: FBO svcs available 0500-2000 sun-sat. aft hours FBO svcs contact 607-763-4474.
BCN Lighting Schedule: Dusk-dawn.
Bird act on & in vicinity of airport.
Designated Customs Landing: Us customs user fee airport.
Extsv gldr act 10 nm SW of airport.
