Arrived for an overnight stop in my SR22. Exceptionally friendly staff. Topped off fuel and waived the overnight charge. They also arranged a rental car, which went very smoothly. The price for 100LL was slightly elevated, but competitive with other major metropolitan areas. I will definitely be back.

We used to frequent this FBO for years when flying our Mooney and Bonanza. The purpose was visiting family and friends. However, their pricing has increased significantly. At this juncture, it is more economical to fly to Charlotte Douglas, Gastonia, or Monroe. This applies not only to fuel but also to overnight parking fees, which have doubled or tripled recently. Charlotte Douglas charges $25 per night compared to Rock Hill's $55 per night for a Bonanza. The personnel are pleasant. Nevertheless, if you plan to depart late in the evening, access might be impossible. Consider alternative locations.

A $75 ramp charge for a small Cherokee for just a few hours. That seems like a significant overcharge.
