December 13, 2023Haley and the line guys are fantastic. Excellent communication all around from them. This has nothing to do with the FBO, but if you get a rental car from Enterprise, the car does not come from the terminal, but instead, Senatobia. And that office will charge you a $50 delivery fee and be quite rude. Calling the corporate number cleared the issue up, but Enterprise never charges a delivery fee for up to 10 vehicles unless it's more than 30 miles. This particular office is 28 miles away.
