My spouse and I flew in for an overnight stay before proceeding to OSH. The personnel were quite accommodating to us in our small C172. Signature consistently provides excellent customer service, and we value that highly. Sarah at the reception desk advised us that lower-priced self-serve fuel was available on the south ramp, and she would waive the $30 handling charge if we purchased a minimum of 10 gallons. This saved us $1.30 per gallon. Our final invoice reflected an $8.00 infrastructure charge. We would certainly recommend Signature at UGN.

Flew in to pick up and drop off passengers for an Angel Flight. They waived handling and infrastructure fees, and provided a discount of $1/gallon on full service. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating—a truly good experience.

Flew into KUGN this weekend. Called ahead to obtain a quote on services. They informed me it's $165/night in a hangar for a SR22 (I only inquired because of high forecast winds for the weekend) and $100/night for parking on the ramp, although they had no tie-down spots, which I clearly required due to the winds. I asked about towing my plane the short distance to the self-serve fuel, and they stated it's $75 to move the aircraft any distance. Overcharging, perhaps?? Nevertheless, I opted for the south ramp - all at no cost.
