Signature Aviation KTYS Pilot Reviews

The nightly rate was $75 for a Cherokee 6. I will certainly never return to TYS. I plan to steer clear of Signature too. I prefer driving from a further airport over giving these exorbitant operators any more of my funds.

A total rip-off! $195 per night for a Cessna 182! You should definitely try the Island Airport if possible. This location is quite poor.

I must leave feedback for Lineman Nate. Excellent effort coordinating a hangar departure for us as a cold front approached, causing ice to form on our aircraft. Nate ensured comfort for our passengers and helped us avoid using the deicing truck when temperatures fell below freezing.

I am quite disappointed with Signature services. I fly for my small business, and these staff members seem to think I operate a Piper Cherokee for a major commercial airline. Charging $75 for an aircraft to remain stationary in the exact same location for 22 hours is highway robbery, and I absolutely refuse to pay this rate again. Total charges were $123, covering the ramp fee, infrastructure fee, and overnight parking. If these policies are permitted to persist, it will severely harm General Aviation operations. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!

Frankly, the service provided here is quite poor. Signature is vastly overrated and is the undisputed king of excessive fees. I operate a C560 across the nation, and honestly, you receive superior service at a fast-food restaurant. The ground staff failed to communicate our actual time on the line. I verified this timing with them two separate times. It is simply unacceptable to observe aircraft like Cirrus and Barons receiving superior ramp assignments while we incur nearly $1000.00 in charges.
