Executive Air KTUS Pilot Reviews

This is just a branch MillionAir, with significantly more military activity occurring. The service was adequate, I'd say. My ELT was triggered because they landed an Army helicopter so close to my tied-down aircraft.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. We arrived late, about 15 minutes past closing time (though we did phone ahead). Two line personnel were present. A marshaller was waiting to guide our aircraft in. They provided a complimentary shuttle service to our hotel. Fuel arrived within five minutes of our request the next morning. Everyone displayed smiles and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. Continue the outstanding work!

Not recommended. No marshaller on arrival; it was unclear where to shut down. I was told the counter CSR needed a top-off and that I should pick up my rental car. When I went to unload the aircraft, the marshaller finally appeared. I informed him about the top-off requirement as well. Later, someone called from a "MillionAir" number inquiring about the top-off service. Departure went smoother, but the overall experience wasn't worth the cost. Additionally, a $45 fee was added beyond the fuel price. This was for a single-engine piston Trinidad. I will choose a different FBO next time.

I can strongly agree with the last four comments. This will certainly be our preferred FBO when visiting TUS! SR22

The self-serve pump was only dispensing a trickle, making it practically unusable. To make matters worse, they still charged me the full-service price when they dispatched the fuel truck.
