Extremely disappointed with this FBO. Quoted one price for hangar space, but the final bill was more than double that amount. The personnel were quite rude. I am unsure if the attendant was simply having an off day, but I was sworn at and belittled for questioning the excessive charge. It is unfortunate that superior alternatives are unavailable at this location. When they provide a quote, ensure you obtain it documented in writing.

We stopped at Tri-City Aviation for a quick fuel stop on the way from Dallas to Maine. The airport was excellent, the FBO was pleasant, and the staff responded immediately. We were in and out in well under an hour, and everything went exceptionally well. Thank you!

Cross-country flight from Cinci: marshaled in and out. Refueling was fast. A nice facility overall. The 100LL fuel was costly—however, the entire experience was smooth and left me feeling genuinely welcomed to return. Thanks again.

We stopped in for a quick turn on our route from Dallas to Maine. The ground crew was outside to greet us, and the fueling process completed quicker than we were ready to depart. The facility is modern and pleasant; it's an excellent location for a stopover.

Attentive FBO service. They assisted with parking, maneuvering, and securing the aircraft for the night. Fuel purchase was skipped because we added a passenger for the return flight. The overnight tie-down fee was $25 for the DA40NG.
