I inquired about the pricing for a single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza. The facility fee is listed as $128, which is waived if 40 gallons of 100LL fuel are purchased at $7.51 per gallon. There is also a security fee of $15.00, and overnight parking costs $100.00. Frankly, they will not be receiving my patronage.

The listed rates are significantly inaccurate. For my PA32 Lance, it shows a $48 facility charge and a $24 tie-down/overnight charge, both waived with 15 gallons of fuel. The actual rate is a $120 facility charge and a $95 overnight charge, and only the facility charge is waived with 30 gallons of fuel! Sheltair indicated they have no clue where ForeFlight obtained this data. The aircraft registration N555AA was not present.
