Excellent FBO, although the shower facility is essentially the employee shower located behind the hangar. I would certainly return.

I’ve visited this FBO numerous times over the last half year. It is the least customer-friendly facility I have encountered in two decades of flying—service is slow, and the staff seems uninterested. I initially thought it was just my copilot and I until my passenger inquired if a superior alternative existed. I pointed out that they offer CAA services, and she responded, “We can tolerate them for the lower fuel price.” That observation summarizes the situation perfectly.

Excellent FBO experience; we needed a quick turn to switch pilots, and they did not charge us for the stopover. Highly recommended.

I fly into Reliance decently often, and have consistently had a good experience. The line personnel are very friendly and the fees are quite reasonable, particularly given how costly the Miami area can be. In summary, if my destination is Miami, this is the FBO I select every single time.

Excellent experience, flew in with a C182. Reliance had organized a rental car that was brought right to the aircraft after parking. Fees were reasonable ($30 for overnight parking, ramp fee waived with fuel purchase).
