Million Air KTLH Pilot Reviews
Kevin
November 27, 2025I connected a 28 volt GPU to my 14 volt aircraft. I cautioned the lineman that my plane required 14 volts. He assured me it was acceptable, stating he performed this procedure frequently. This action completely destroyed my battery. I sought assistance from the FBO manager, Robert Simmons, who had a Welsh accent. He was quite aggressive and refused to cover the battery replacement. Furthermore, he threatened to place a lien on my aircraft for outstanding ramp charges.

November 26, 2025The single-engine aircraft incurred a $35,000 ramp fee.

October 29, 2025Be mindful, the fuel price includes a $35 ramp charge for single piston fuel that is NOT WAIVED regardless of volume. Phone ahead for pricing before arrival. The facility is quite pleasant. An excellent stopover point, particularly when traveling with passengers on a long flight.

October 20, 2025We enjoy flying into TLH for lunch and dinner. Million Air's facility is consistently spotless, the crew cars are readily available, and the desk personnel are always friendly. However, the line crew, particularly for smaller GA aircraft, has sometimes been less than helpful in previous visits.

October 14, 2025A pleasant stop for reasonably priced fuel and a friendly FBO. If you opt for self-service and are fine with a short walk, there is no ramp fee assessed (unless PlanePass charges separately).

August 28, 2025Jennifer is the absolute best! Flew in twice in the last month and everything was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, but a special shout out to Jennifer! If she recommends a lunch spot, it would be in your best interest to take the recommendation! Looking forward to being back soon.
