Jet Aviation KTEB Pilot Reviews

I had to ask three times to get fueled, and when they finally figured it out, they claimed they had the wrong tail number. I cannot fathom how that could happen with three separate requests. The staff appeared quite disorganized.

The cost was approximately $100 total, including the overnight fee for a single-engine piston SR22.

Be cautious of this FBO. Atlantic Aviation TEB charged me the retail rack rate even though I used the Avfuel card for payment. Upon inquiry, they claimed we lacked a fuel release and consequently applied the retail rate. They declined to adjust the charge. Fuel releases are not required in the US when the card is present. Furthermore, they imposed substantial hourly (not overnight) parking fees and a $217 "security" charge, despite purchasing $170,000 worth of fuel for a TBM. I will not return. Avoid this location.

The service provided by CSR requires a reservation with a six-hour prior notice, or a fee (around $400 for a Citation Bravo) will be incurred. I was informed this requirement was in the NOTAMs, which was incorrect. They suggested I should have emailed them, which I typically avoid for every FBO, or checked their website, which I also do not frequent. Thankfully, the representative agreed to waive the fee this one time, which was certainly appreciated. I suggested they should perhaps issue a proper NOTAM or include this detail in the TEB guide. However, they did not seem particularly receptive to the suggestion.
