The Malibu Mirage, topped off fuel. A $60 ramp fee and a $10 facility fee just to drop someone off. I am not an inexpensive person, but these charges are becoming excessive.

We spent a night in SYR at Million Air in our G500. Stating they were highly competent would be an understatement. They helped with rental car bookings and had our vehicle waiting upon arrival. The fuel truck was on standby. They transported us inside via van because of the rain. All invoicing was processed swiftly and professionally. The next morning, with our passengers, went exceptionally well thanks to the superb staff. I cannot offer enough praise. Thank you for the excellent experience—a solid 10/10 recommendation!

The GPU fee for the light jet was $100, plus 501 gallons of fuel were required. The $35 facility fee was not waived despite the fuel purchase.

Pleasant facility. Costly charges apply. A small, single-engine piston aircraft incurred a $30 daily ramp fee! This fee is waived if you purchase fuel on the first day, but for multi-day stays, the daily charge applies consistently. It feels more like an overnight parking charge than a true ramp fee. This is the only FBO in town. They also operate Freeman Jet Center, applying identical fees there. It is best to seek alternatives if possible.

Visited this location a few days ago to handle customs clearance and get some fuel. The facility is quite nice (very modern) and the staff at the counter were friendly. Nevertheless, the refueling process took more than 30 minutes, and I remain uncertain if the line service personnel received adequate training for their responsibilities.
