The facility fee for the CL-35 is $830, or $460 per gallon.

July 25 - 26, 2025 Extremely friendly and efficient operation. Ramp personnel were prompt in marshalling and providing immediate fuel; the line service proved professional throughout. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring a pleasant pilot lounge. Charges were fair and transparently detailed, and fuel costs were competitive for the region. Overall, a very good experience and a straightforward choice when arriving at Sarasota.

Friendly, professional, and efficient service. Excellent facilities. Was charged $7.00 per gallon for 100LL, which waived the ramp fee. Overnight parking is $30 per night (PA-32). While fees were anticipated, they are not disclosed on either ForeFlight or their website, so hopefully this information assists others.

Modern professional operation, reasonably priced. We paid a $30 ramp fee for a light twin, which was less than half of what we were charged at the other FBO. This facility features multiple large TVs positioned in front of comfortable leather couches and chairs. Self-serve coffee is available. The restroom stalls include showers. Upon arrival, a ramp attendant met us immediately, and then a very pleasant lady greeted us as soon as we entered the well air-conditioned FBO. At the competing FBO, we had to handle parking ourselves.
