We unexpectedly had to spend the night due to maintenance. Sheltair assisted us in figuring out where to secure the aircraft for overnight repair, provided transportation from the maintenance hangar to the FBO, helped us locate lodging, and made the unplanned stay exceptionally smooth and straightforward. Truly outstanding customer service, reasonable fuel rates, and the dining facility on the second floor is a fantastic amenity. Highly recommend this location.

Sheltair delivered excellent service during our visit to Albert Whitted. We were chocked right upon arrival, greeted with a smile, and everything ran smoothly. The personnel were friendly and accommodating. The rental car was waiting next to our aircraft within minutes of our arrival. The plane was secured and chocked shortly after. Even though we arrived in our Piper Arrow, my wife and I were treated with the respect one gives to owners of a Falcon 900.

I was there for a couple of days with my SR22. The service from the ramp personnel to the front desk was outstanding. Sarah managed to find me a rental car at the crew rate a few days before I arrived when I called to announce my trip. As is typical with most Sheltair FBOs, you certainly won't be disappointed. I will definitely return!
