The staff here is awesome, the food is great, and the fuel is reasonably priced. I am pleased to be a new tenant at this location.

We stopped here for fuel and a restroom break while traveling back to Canada from Key West in our 182. The refueling was fast, prices were competitive, the FBO was tidy, and the personnel were pleasant. A perfect experience.

The FBO facility is clean and quite pleasant. Upon landing, I contacted UNICOM for parking instructions, but received no response. I positioned my aircraft near the main building. As I exited, a Vision Jet arrived, and a ramp agent immediately attended to that aircraft, completely ignoring me. While I generally don't mind, observing preferential treatment for a seemingly higher-value aircraft over my C150 is certainly off-putting. I likely won't return to this location unless business necessitates a stop here.

Self-serve Avgas is somewhat difficult to locate if you are unfamiliar with the airport layout. It is situated behind the hangar marked "maintenance." You are able to taxi around from either side of the facility.

The crew called ahead to arrange rental cars for passengers and was met with an enthusiastic desk agent who made it clear they would not handle a simple task of arranging vehicles. Fortunately, the various other airports in the vicinity do handle this elementary task, and are happy to assist.
