Visited this airport numerous times; the personnel are wonderful and it's a very relaxed airfield. Just a quick note, if they state they are open daily, you should assume they are closed on Thanksgiving Day. I attempted to call for after-hours service but received no answer. Furthermore, most of the FBOs nearby cease operations around 1500 ET. I ended up having to travel to KILM to secure fuel for my trip back.

Exceptional experience at the FBO! They brought the courtesy car right out to the aircraft and provided prompt, polite service upon arrival and departure. Hertz rental cars are available on site (ensure you reserve in advance). The line crew was superb. Hotels and shopping options are close by. This is a wonderful location to stage your North Carolina travels.

Arrived for a quick two-hour stay. This is one of the friendliest municipal airports and staff around. Amber at the front desk is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and provided rental car instructions both before and during our visit. I cannot say enough good things—a very well-run facility with welcoming personnel.
