I landed there and politely inquired if I owed anything, as I know ACI maintains a 3-hour complimentary policy. The attendant at the desk confirmed this, but then the manager seated behind her overheard and suddenly imposed a "pop-up" fee of $95. I was on the ground for merely 12 minutes.

A daily ramp fee of $50 was charged for parking a single aircraft.

48 hour PPR for ACI Jet North and South NOTAM published effective 8/13/25 to 2/28/26

Heads up: Their ramp is undergoing construction, and they are currently enforcing a PPR (Prior Permission Required) procedure for all arrivals and departures. However, there is absolutely no mention of this on their website, nor is there a NOTAM issued. The desk personnel often give you a blank stare and state you cannot depart, claiming, "We are on the PPR program," as if you were expected to know this beforehand. ACI North is excellent, and the location is superb, but the absence of communication regarding the ramp situation surprised us during our recent visit. The staff indicated that the construction might continue for as long as a year.

ACI Jet South provides excellent GA service! I was charged $50 to overnight a C182, and the ramp fee was waived with the purchase of 20 gallons or a fuel top-off at a fair price. I would certainly return here in the future.
