We spent four nights in the piston tiedown area during August 2025. It was somewhat of a walk from the FBO. The lineman was helpful and arranged a ride for us to Enterprise, where we had a car reservation. The ride incurred a $45 charge. Upon departure, we needed to return the vehicle to the Enterprise location in town—an additional $45 charge back to the airport. The car itself was nice, but the logistics were awkward. We discovered upon landing that Go Rentals now operates a desk within the FBO terminal, and they stock standard vehicles, not just the premium models advertised online. Perhaps they offer a better alternative to RAC. It is advisable to call the FBO beforehand to confirm availability.

I have been flying professionally for 6 years, and this FBO is easily the worst I've ever encountered. I made an emergency landing here (gear wouldn't come down without alt extension), and the attendant at the front desk made my awful situation worse. I needed to use a computer to send an email to a maintenance facility, but she flatly refused and threatened me. Truly unbelievable. I will never fly into this airport again.

I concur with the prior feedback. Arrived in a Mooney, unaware it was Labor Day weekend! Being retired, I found no rental cars or lodging options available. Nick and Luis, two young gentlemen, truly saved the situation. They secured transportation and accommodation for me. This was truly excellent service, and I cannot praise them enough. We remained for a week, flying extensively; the area is gorgeous, and the airport facilities are superb. My sincere thanks to both gentlemen for their outstanding assistance.
