We flew in on a rather large aircraft, despite issues that were 100% not their fault, they went above and beyond to assist. Very impressive and welcomed service.

Disappointing experience. I arrived for a couple of days and specified my departure time clearly on the website. Upon arrival for departure, the aircraft was parked extremely far from the FBO, even though there was ample space to position the plane nearer. Furthermore, there was no help offered with baggage handling. Additionally, this was the sole FBO I have visited where complimentary bottled water was not provided. I needed to use the vending machine to purchase water before leaving.

Atlantic Aviation provided exceptional service when I flew an Angel Flight mission to and from SJC. The secret is to call ahead with arrival and departure information. Even though SJC required PPR because of the 49er-Jets game, they were able to slot me in and issued the PPR when I called to confirm. Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent staff and superb facilities. This was my first time encountering an FBO that featured a fitness center. My only minor issue was that the crew rest area felt a bit too warm. There were ample crew cars provided. You certainly cannot go wrong choosing Atlantic Aviation for service.
