Million Air St. George KSGU Pilot Reviews

The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—you feel taken care of the moment you arrive. Everyone goes out of their way to make the stop smooth and enjoyable. The crew car is excellent and well maintained, which makes getting around town easy and stress-free. The facilities are top-notch: spotless, modern, and clearly very well cared for. From the pilot lounge to the restrooms, everything reflects pride and attention to detail.

It seems Million Air does not permit single-engine piston aircraft on their ramp area. We arrived for fuel and a rapid turnaround. We were directed away from the main ramp and pointed toward designated transient parking spots requiring a back-in maneuver. The alternative Fixed Base Operator offered to fuel our aircraft from their truck and provide transportation to and from the facilities via golf cart. We successfully obtained the necessary fuel, but this was certainly not the standard experience I expect from a Million Air location. While having ground crew push the aircraft into its spot and arrange transportation is manageable, it is less than ideal for a quick fuel stop.

Million Air staff didn't seem too happy to see me taxi up in my lowly piston single; in fact, they waved me off their ramp. Finally, someone got on the radio and directed me to their self-serve pump, which is on the other side of the airport. (It's on B taxiway, near the Rwy 19 approach end.) The sign says "Restroom" and points to the south; the actual restroom building is about 200 yards away, situated between some hangars.
