The fuel nozzle is the auto shutoff type, similar to what you find at an automotive gas station. I experienced some difficulty initiating the fuel flow. I needed to use a pocket knife against the lever bracket to get it started, but once it began, the process worked correctly.

Fuel price at self serve was good. The FBO and restrooms near the pump were clean and well-maintained. I initially struggled with Verizon cell service, needing to step outside to get enough signal strength to file my subsequent flight plan. I later noticed that WIFI was available inside the FBO.

There isn't much of note here.

Basic self-serve fuel. Very good pricing and the pleasant FBO was accessible after normal hours. Interesting airport; it appears to be a 737 graveyard.

Flew in for a couple of hours on Saturday to visit Mack's Prairie Wings just down the road. The FBO is closed on weekends. I made prior arrangements with Stephen for the crew car. Everything went as planned, making for a very pleasant stop. Several Air Tractors were operating, which was entertaining to observe. I will certainly return. It is a very nice location for a stopover.

Excellent staff. Fair pricing, and they had my aircraft prepared right on schedule. They even washed the windshield!
