Aero Center Felts Field KSFF Pilot Reviews

I flew in my C172 for a three-day stay. I brought my own tie-down ropes because of a prior experience at Felts Field. I secured my aircraft. I requested fuel for an early Monday departure. On Monday, I discovered my plane was untied. They had moved my aircraft and left it unsecured over the weekend when 50 MPH winds were forecast. Furthermore, they had not fueled it. There was no apology offered. They stated they would waive the associated fees. A few days later, I received a call from them requesting the credit card on file to charge the fees they had supposedly waived.

Look elsewhere. 100LL is actually $1/gallon less expensive at Spokane International Airport, and another $1/gallon less at KCOE if you use self-serve. Furthermore, they impose a "processing fee" on credit card transactions, suggesting a preference for hidden charges, given that most pilots use credit cards for fuel purchases.

Kalef was really helpful, came in and got me set up to use the crew car. There is a facility and other fee, but it was fair since I utilized their crew car. Thanks for a positive experience; I did not require fuel and they were completely fine with that.

FEES, FEES, FEES. High-priced fuel to boot. Dropped off two passengers on the ramp who boarded another aircraft for immediate departure. I was climbing in to restart and leave when a lineman ran out onto the ramp to inform me I had to return inside and pay a $10 fee. Upon entering, the charge was $50. To have it waived, I was required to purchase 20 gallons of overpriced fuel, which I barely had capacity for, having flown in from an hour away. Additionally, there were other charges listed on the final invoice—NEVER AGAIN!
