I am a commercial charter pilot and visited this facility today, and I was quite impressed. The staff proved incredibly friendly, and the operation appeared to be very well managed.

A trip over Labor Day brought me to KSFB and the MillionAir ramp. The staff was outstanding. I felt welcomed and valued. We burned avgas in a SEL 182, but the service was very kind. I had called a few days prior, and they secured a terrific rate for me at the local Hilton. All cost concerns were clearly communicated and very fair. It is a beautiful facility staffed by an enthusiastic crew. The fuel order was filled exactly as requested, and we had no worries due to the well-run operation. Highly recommended.

We visited during the last week of May. The line staff and front desk personnel were excellent. They inquired about our needs, assisted with parking, helped us unload, and provided transportation to collect our rental car. The front staff maintained a friendly and professional demeanor. They were very proactive in handling all our requirements, including contacting the rental car agency to arrange pickup directly at the FBO. We felt the pricing was fair—a truly good value.
