One of the finest FBO experiences available. Excellent service and amiable personnel; they truly went above and beyond to be welcoming and offer assistance, even holding some of our luggage after we checked out of the hotel. The fueling process was seamless, with clear communication during our entire stay. Eagerly anticipating our next visit!

It was quite busy on a pleasant day. The FBO and staff were very nice. The rental car service, which allows hourly rates, makes it economical—that's my favorite aspect (though the vehicles are older and basic, so keep that in mind if anyone in your group is particular). They tend to favor landing on runway 03 and departing from 21.

Excellent service from FBO. The cafe next door was quite busy, showing a one-hour wait when we arrived. Car rental is exclusively handled by the local car rental company. The vehicles are older models, but they functioned well and the cost was fair. Enterprise is no longer operating here.

Flew into Sedona today with my entire family and father in law who is failing health wise. His wish was to fly in our plane one last time. The people at Red Rock saw the difficulties we were facing when we arrived and offered to assist in many ways. Long story short, because they lock the gate from the ramp to the restaurant, a very short but challenging walk became a monumental task. The FBO offered a wheelchair and to remain open until we were finished eating. Excellent service, truly 15 stars out of 10.
