The line attendant was informed about the requirement for Prist three times. And what happened? They never added the Prist. They showed no interest in confirming before starting fueling if they were uncertain. They failed to check the placards above the fuel cap which clearly state Prist is required. One female attendant named Mary was helpful in assisting us find Prist to add to the aircraft. The gentleman who fueled incorrectly vanished.

Avoid this location when flying a piston aircraft. I needed to get to KSDF for an airline connection, but the front desk staff offered no assistance whatsoever. Ramp personnel claimed they "couldn't" provide transportation, and the crew car was unavailable to us. Interestingly, there were several ramp workers standing idle, and a crew car was clearly visible in the parking lot... The associated fees were standard for Atlantic Aviation, yet the expected level of service was entirely absent.

It cost $525 to drop off one passenger in an SR22; I am glad I called ahead. I will likely use another facility next time.

Excellent service, and the staff were very friendly. The fee for the PC-12 at the new facility is $569 or 90 gallons. For the Cirrus Vision Jet, the cost is $230 or 70 gallons. The GPU charge is $160.

Excellent service overall. Please call ahead regarding any special event fees. I arrived on day one of the Kentucky Derby and was billed $2775.00 USD for a King Air 350.
