The staff and hardworking line crew were very good. We experienced a delay here on a Sunday because of lake effect snow, and Riley promptly arranged hangar space for our aircraft overnight. The facility sees a lot of traffic, but we intend to make Schenectady a regular stop due to the excellent service provided.

The personnel here are very pleasant. We stopped for a few hours with a SR22 while parking. Fuel prices were low, and there were no landing fees whatsoever. They kindly offered us a crew car, which we gladly used to grab lunch. Overall, it was a very positive experience—we will certainly remember this FBO when flying through the region again.

Pleasant staff. Very helpful. Affordable fuel (at least during my recent stops here.) The initial overnight tie-down charge was waived with a fuel purchase.

Extremely poor service, one star rating. We were informed there was no hangar space available, yet later discovered the manager had explicitly told the front desk staff that hangar space was indeed open for our use, and they should have planned accordingly. The line personnel and front desk staff appeared simply too lethargic to even investigate possibilities; it felt like speaking to a brick wall, as they seemed unwilling to assist anyone.

Excellent FBO experience. I called when I was about 15 miles out, and the crew car was ready for me upon arrival. They had me fueled and prepared for departure quickly. The service was top-notch, and the fuel price was quite reasonable.
