Superb experience with the staff at Atlantic. I spent roughly 4 hours in the FBO pilot lounge while my passengers attended a funeral and found the team there to be both helpful and welcoming. One of the line personnel even approached to express his sympathy and confirm I had everything required. My passengers managed to use the crew car without any trouble. There was a ramp fee, yet the service and adaptability easily justified the cost.

Give them a call or check their “special event fee” calculator for Notre Dame home games; you might be surprised. It was $2,850 for a CJ2. That cost exceeds what they charge for the Super Bowl, the F1 Race, or the Kentucky Derby—it feels like collusion as both FBOs seem determined to overcharge GA pilots visiting for the games. They should be ashamed.

The crew here has been extremely helpful and accommodating every time I've visited so far. On two occasions, during special events, they were absolutely slammed but still went out of their way to assist. Initially, I hesitated due to the special event fees (which can become quite substantial), but you are truly paying for superior service. Thank you Atlantic South Bend!
