Seventy-five dollars for our helicopter to land and pick up a passenger. No services were required, we didn't even need the facilities. Yes, the staff is pleasant, but charging that much for less than thirty minutes on the ground is excessive. We ceased using that airport due to their landing fees and will not return. I recognize you cater to the large jets and associated golf amenities, but I now understand why general aviation traffic is dwindling.

Stopped in a few weeks ago; the site indicated no known fees, but upon landing, we were charged a $120 landing fee. It felt like I was cheated. It would have been helpful to know this information beforehand. Am I the only one who feels this way? I am just a small twin-engine private pilot, not operating some large corporate jet.

Following up on my earlier feedback... I decided to give them a second chance, and what a contrast in service! I let them know my arrival time, and they were ready to park my aircraft right up front and had the courtesy car waiting upon my landing. A definite thumbs up!

What a fantastic FBO. They are quite professional and friendly. Hangar space availability is reasonable as well.
