Signature Aviation KSBA Pilot Reviews

My initial visit to KSBA involved a two-night stay with my RV-14A. I requested a refill for my portable oxygen bottle. I was quite surprised when Signature charged me $246 for the service. The maximum I had previously encountered was $45. I forwarded an email inquiry, and their response quoted a single price without acknowledging the difference between a small portable bottle and a full system used on a jet aircraft. It is advisable to request a price estimate for all services from this FBO.

Excellent FBO, the Bravo fuel program offers about a $2 discount on Jet fuel and is free to enroll. For an Eclipse, the $200 handling fee is waived with the purchase of 80 gallons of fuel. Overnight parking is $80, plus a $30 facility fee.

Signature self-service was unavailable because it was on Atlantic's ramp, and they were "too busy" to permit self-service this weekend.

Flew C172 on a Saturday in November. Signature shuttled us directly from our aircraft to the main terminal where we had reserved a rental car. They fueled us up while we were in the city enjoying a warm afternoon. Checkout was straightforward upon our return. They only charged the $7 city mandated fee and waived the $26 parking fee since we bought more than 10 gallons of fuel.

The DA62, purchased 28 gallons of Jet-A at $7.95, and the user was still assessed an $80 handling fee.
