Received fantastic support and a friendly welcome to KSAW. Topped off with fuel quickly. I will certainly return.

The only airport I have ever landed at where they lock you inside of the FBO and charge you $175 for someone to let you walk to your own aircraft if it's outside their business hours. A simple access code at the gate is what thousands of airports utilize. Not impressed with KSAW. It was understaffed on a Saturday, and while the attendant was pleasant, the service was incredibly slow. We flew to Duluth at Monaco Air since we were being "asked to leave" at 6 PM, and my passengers were able to see how a standard FBO functions.

Expect a $50.00 building fee and a $25.00 landing fee; this really diminishes the enjoyment of flying. Fuel prices here are also the highest within two states. The service was quite slow, and we really didn't intend to use the FBO, but we were required to just meet a friend for breakfast.

Excellent experience at this location. The personnel provided transportation to secure a rental car for us. Furthermore, they connected our engine preheater upon request (for a modest charge) the evening prior to departure.

Superb ramp service! Both at the main location and over at Iron Mountain facility. I highly recommend them.
