I've visited this location several times with our XLS; the service is quite poor and the line personnel seem uninterested in providing assistance. It would be best to avoid this FBO and choose Shelt Air instead to save yourself significant trouble.

Was charged $107 for fuel and then another charge of $3700 for fuel. My aircraft only holds 42 gallons of 100LL. The front desk staff seemed completely unsure how to proceed. I am currently disputing this transaction. Signature's recommendation was to contact my credit card company instead. This experience was quite poor.

The customer service was very pleasant. The overnight parking charge for the Cessna 210, including all associated fees, amounted to $78.

The worst FBO experience I have ever encountered. We arrived at 9:20 PM for a crew swap and refueling. Marshaling procedures were poor. The line attendant seemed upset that we would not permit him to fuel the aircraft without a crewmember present. Once we entered the facility, the Customer Service Representative greeted us unpleasantly and informed us they would impose a $100 callout charge because they close at 10:00 PM. Subsequently, the line attendant shouted at us while I was having a very short discussion with the incoming crew, claiming we were "delaying the fuel truck."

Still operating out of a temporary trailer. A 50-cent discount is offered on 100LL fuel purchases made on Saturdays.
