The line personnel and front desk staff were exceedingly kind and transparent regarding charges (unlike MillionAir), even offering to drive my son to the terminal. My only note is that the location shown on the ForeFlight airport diagram corresponds to the closed Signature Aviation South facility.

The line personnel provided excellent assistance with fueling and securing the aircraft overnight. The reception staff, however, were strangely impolite regarding standard procedures such as settling the fuel invoice. If you require assistance returning your rental vehicle, expect similar discourtesy regarding that matter as well.

The 7th largest city in the country only has two functioning GPUs across both North and South locations. This is entirely unacceptable for a market in a hot climate.

Flew in for the day to see the Alamo and take in the river walk. Excellent service and friendly staff. Was able to tie down right next to the FBO. Most importantly, my daughter left her knit hat in the lobby, and the staff found it and mailed it back to us. This was above and beyond, and greatly appreciated.
