Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. All FBOs should operate like this facility!

A satisfactory FBO, though it appeared unstaffed. The restaurant was shut when we arrived; I think they cease operations at 2 PM.

A nice, well-maintained airport facility. However, I question the logic of purchasing piston aircraft fuel here. I flew a short distance north and secured fuel at a price saving me three dollars per gallon, which amounted to a $300 saving on a full tank for my piston machine. Management should seriously consider this feedback, as their current pricing structure is significantly misaligned.

Landed there for a two-day stay. Upon arrival, I taxied to Velocity Air Maintenance. I had an oil maintenance issue. Jesse met me and directed me to the Flight School for fuel and parking. Shade hangar was available. Then Jesse contacted Rick - Tucson Aircraft Maintenance on my behalf. Rick worked my aircraft into his busy schedule the following morning and resolved the issue. Exceptional customer service. It is not a fancy FBO, but everyone working there is outstanding and very helpful. A truly great experience. Highly recommend.
