Superb airport and FBO. Runway, taxiways, and markings all appear brand new. Convenient self-serve fuel is available. There are three tie-down spots equipped with fresh ropes. The facility interior is very clean. It features an open area, two restrooms, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It is simple to drive your vehicle right up to your aircraft for loading and unloading. I previously used TRI. I won't return there. RVN is significantly superior to TRI. Be aware that approach control sometimes loses radio contact around 5,000 feet MSL.
