After reading the latest reviews I was quite hesitant to fly into RSW in my single piston aircraft. However, I needed to drop off a passenger who was collecting a car parked in long term parking on the airline side. Sarah Miller and the rest of the staff treated me exceptionally well! They waived the facility fee with a minimum purchase of 25 gallons of fuel. Thank you PrivateSky!

The worst FBO in Florida. Staff members here are pleasant, but the owner manager seems unaware of the meaning of "service." Since we were the only corporate jet on the ramp, they moved us to the back forty, per the owner's request. Elderly passengers had to walk a significant distance midday in the heat. General Aviation pilots should be wary of this field's monopoly. Consider flying into FMY instead. There is a clear reason why we were the sole aircraft parked on the ramp.

Steer clear of this location. Following an engine issue, we landed here, unaware of how unwelcoming they are toward piston aircraft. They lack any on-field A&Ps. We were directed to park half a mile from their FBO, forcing me to arrange transportation back and forth while I completed the repairs on my aircraft. I even had to contact the FBO manager to get approval to perform maintenance on my own experimental plane. Overall, the staff was unaccommodating throughout the day, and to make matters worse, they billed us $109 for all the inconvenience.

The staff at privatesky were absolutely amazing. From being met plane side with the rental car all the way to the desk at FBO. Whatever happened in the past is in the past. Today they went above and beyond in service and caring for their customers. Thanks and will be back

I agree one hundred percent with the comments here. You are better off going to Page Field (FMY). Rudest, most unhelpful customer service. Terrible attitudes. Super mid corporate jet captain here
