It's acceptable... not the finest experience. They charged fifty dollars for a car to drive into the city for lunch. The service was adequate, nothing remarkable. It was underwhelming enough that if I return to the vicinity, I will check out Cumberland for a comparison.

Was diverted to Rice Lake because of the weather, and Jordan was present; he was very pleasant and helpful. Refueled the aircraft and noted the prices were competitive.

I cannot recall the FBO front desk lady and line crew members' names. They provided truly exceptional service. Fast fuel service, extra effort assisting with deicing, and last-minute rush catering—all excellent. Highly recommended.
