Excellent stop at USAirways Rochester. We radioed ahead about a rental car the passengers had booked ahead of time and realized they made a mistake with the booking, but by the time we landed, Jeffery met us planeside, grabbed bags, and the front desk had already located the car and arranged a ride to the terminal. Fantastic experience! The staff provided transportation to my hotel using the crew car. They secured the aircraft overnight and offered superb care for my passengers. This is the only FBO I will use at KROC.

I stayed a couple of nights at the beginning of June '24. The personnel were excellent! They arranged a rental car for me. The aircraft was fueled and ready for departure that afternoon. A very pleasant FBO experience.

Sarah and the crew were excellent during the busy airshow weekend. The facilities are also very nice. Played pool and relaxed in their quiet room while we waited for our check-in time. Getting out right after airshow traffic, they had my aircraft ready by the time I had requested. Top notch service. Hope to see you all again soon.
