Stopped in for the ambassador stamp on a Sunday morning. Waived ramp fee with 10 gal of fuel, which was also discounted $0.25/gal. Personnel were very friendly and happily offered water and snacks before we departed. Would definitely return!

Superb service at KROA. Flew in and the line staff proved very courteous. The front desk offered to arrange a rental car or hotel accommodations. We arrived for some hiking, so we politely declined. Returned the following day after getting soaked on the AT trail. The same wonderful service persisted. We were offered the crew car to grab a meal, and then the front desk coordinated a discounted room along with a complimentary shuttle. Truly excellent service. The personnel truly made the difference during this trip.

Miss Amanda was outstanding in coordinating communication with company dispatch when unable to land due to weather. She later coordinated the makeup flight quick turn that allowed the medical samples on board to get to their destination with minimal delay. Excellent work!

I would like to provide an update regarding my $155 per night ramp fee. The manager at the Roanoke Signature FBO looked into the matter and discovered their system held an incorrect cost. It ought to have been $37 nightly, but for unknown reasons, they had categorized my Cessna T210 as a twin engine instead of a piston single. Consequently, I received a reimbursement of $236 out of the $310 I was initially billed. I valued their diligence in investigating and rectifying this overcharge.
