The positive aspects - the new ownership appears more adept at securing ramp space and scheduling service for smaller general aviation aircraft. The negative aspects - ground personnel failed to properly secure one of my fuel caps (the gasket was misaligned and pushed out from beneath the cap), they neglected to notice or report this issue, and management offered no response when I reached out to highlight the oversight.

I spent a week on their ramp while in town for some training and business. I called ahead to verify ramp space and reserve a car from Enterprise. They met us at the aircraft, were quick with fuel service, and had a very friendly staff. Some of the ramp fees were waived with fuel purchase. Clean FBO and obviously making improvements. I will certainly return.

New ownership has taken over from the previous company, and it is completely revamping the entire operation. Amazing new facilities, very modest charges, and ample car parking are available. Both Gabby and Sammie are doing a wonderful job. I highly recommend stopping by for any of your GA needs compared to BFI/PAE.

The overnight tie-down rate has been adjusted to $30 per night. Diane mentioned that they have entered the busy season. I cannot fault my two-night stay; it worked out quite well for me.

Call ahead, because their ramp is tiny. The service is somewhat strange. If they are not extremely busy, the staff is very pleasant, but it appears they are understaffed. Furthermore, the FBO only opens at 10 AM, which is quite irritating if you need an early departure. Most FBOs are open at 6 AM. Be careful not to land at KBFI by accident; it is very close.
