Attended for a day. The line personnel were helpful and quick to fuel the plane. The crew lounge felt crowded and dim, with several pilots sleeping loudly. I noticed no dedicated quiet areas. The aircraft itself was more comfortable. They provide a crew vehicle available for use within a five-mile radius, equipped with an AirTag for tracking.

Excellent stopover when traveling to or from New Jersey, featuring superb facilities. I also utilized the courtesy vehicle for a quick trip downtown. I certainly plan to return.

Excellent experience overall; they offer comfortable pilot quarters. I was able to work while waiting for the weather to clear. The staff were awesome!

I visited KRIC with a PC-12 and they insisted on 173 gallons to waive the landing fee. That is almost half a tank of fuel for us. This is significantly more than any other airport or FBO I have encountered. When I requested a verification, the attendant gave me a stern look and stated, “173.” I was not impressed with that facility.

This FBO is excellent! The personnel were waiting for my C172 and were prepared to guide me immediately upon landing, which was helpful since this was my initial visit and I was uncertain about parking. Before I could even exit the aircraft, they were already arriving to refuel me. They waived my overnight charge because I bought 16 gallons of fuel. The team truly understood their roles, and I cannot express enough positive feedback regarding them! The building was also very tidy and contemporary. The summary points: Superb Team! Fair fuel costs! Up-to-date amenities!
