Atlantic Aviation KRDU Pilot Reviews

October 27, 2025The review submitted on 10/25/2025 notes an 11-gallon minimum purchase is required at $9 per gallon to waive the Atlantic fuel fee. The security fee is listed as $10, and the overnight charge is $20. The aircraft type reviewed was a PA28R.

June 25, 2024We were charged to pick up and drop off a total of $1200 for a PC 12. I felt the price was a bit high. Since there were no services rendered, I price shopped with Signature, and they quoted $251 for pickup, with no charge for drop-off. On my third attempt to reach the manager, Chanel, she insisted their pricing was accurate. I informed her that their staff failed to even place my chocks after billing me $1000 more than Signature's rate.

February 14, 2024Repeatedly, for over an hour, I waited to refuel a GA plane that is actually based at RDU. They always claim 'the fuel truck is sometimes not working'—a story that has persisted for the last five years.

January 2, 2024It is hard to believe, but I agree with Andrew B.

December 17, 2023It is hard to believe the service at RDU could decline further, yet here we are. Requested quick turns consistently take over 30 minutes of waiting time. There are no discount programs available for the excessively priced fuel. The personnel frequently appear uninformed. Signature Flight Support is actually showing improvement now. I generally opt for Atlantic Aviation at other locations, but I actively advise our clients against using RDU, and Atlantic specifically.

August 14, 2023Stopped for approximately 30 minutes to drop someone off. Fees are substantial, but I assume you are paying for the convenience factor. The Customer Service Representatives were fantastic. When we lack other options, I am sure I will return.
