Skyservice Redmond FBO KRDM Pilot Reviews

December 14, 2025The Sky Serve personnel are top-notch, and the facility is wonderful. Waiving the ramp fee when purchasing fuel is important to me.

July 1, 2025The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Single engine GA planes are $20 per night, and the first night is waived with a fuel purchase. It is an absolutely beautiful facility, offering all the accommodations professional and GA pilots require on their journey. Three ramp attendants assisted in tying down my 182, using a golf cart to transport bags or passengers as needed. Bags were placed on a roll-away cart and supervised near the welcome desk, ready for us. The airport is easy to navigate for arrivals and departures, and the tower staff is also friendly.

May 24, 2024Very nice (new) facility with friendly staff. Excellent pilot lounge area and conference room. They even have showers! I grabbed dinner with a new/well kept SUV and made a couple fuel purchases with them while I was there, though it's not required. They offer water/coffee and have some small snacks in a vending machine setup. I arrived in a little 140 and they were very accommodating with everything, including sourcing me a loaner fuel tester when mine went missing. I will definitely return! GA friendly!

March 20, 2024My passengers and I were grounded due to weather a few weeks back, and every single employee demonstrated exceptional kindness toward us. They assisted in entertaining the children and a dog, provided hangar space for an unexpected overnight stay, and arranged transport to our hotel—the service was truly outstanding. It was an absolutely superb experience for our group. We appreciate it very much!

March 20, 2023The FBO is now Skyservice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even for smaller aircraft operations. Note that they do not provide tie-down chains; bring your own ropes. The FBO facility itself is newly renovated and modern.
