A routine trip to PWM became eventful on rollout, so I taxied over to MAC Maintenance. The hangar was full. Following a brief discussion with Dan outlining the issue, they went to work and had my problem completely resolved in about an hour. I was very impressed. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. A quick taxi to MAC Jet for parking and I was ready to go. MAC Maintenance and MAC Jet are fantastic—I highly recommend both!

My son and I flew in on our way home from Airventure. We attempted to use the self-serve pumps but were unsuccessful. The line personnel came down to assist; they were friendly and eager to hear about our trip. They offered to fuel us from their truck and charged us the self-serve rate. After entering the lovely FBO, a welcoming staff member greeted us, reserved a comfortable room at the Sheraton for us, and gave us the keys to the crew car. We also dined at the restaurant she suggested. We will certainly return.

This FBO experience was unusual. I'm not sure what the issue was with the staff, but the attendant at the counter was impolite to everyone in our group, including the three quiet colleagues traveling with me. The line service agent failed to offer assistance with the baggage cart and remained behind the desk, even though I observed him driving another client to their aircraft approximately ten minutes later. Furthermore, the individual who removed the chocks from our aircraft offered no greeting to anyone in our party. This was easily our most negative FBO encounter.

Flew to KPWM in my 182 yesterday, and parked at MAC. Everyone was cordial and supportive. I secured their crew car without any issue. I will certainly return.

Excellent FBO, consistently superb service when flying general aviation. We flew our C172 in and received fantastic treatment with fast and efficient handling. A nice bonus is that they consistently offer cookies.
