Excellent experience at Jetset. Flew in for an event a few miles from Wiley Post. Thanks to the line crew who handled parking and refueling. I sent an email earlier asking about the courtesy car, and received a prompt reply. The car was ready for use. Departure was quick with no delays. The FBO facilities, including the common area, restrooms, and pilot lounge, were very pleasant.

Terrible experience at this location. I requested an engine pre-heat cart because of the cold weather. After waiting 30 minutes, the cart never arrived. I inquired with the Customer Service Representative about the status, and she mentioned that line service was 'ignoring' her requests. There were no aircraft movements recorded in the preceding half hour. I went outside and managed to flag down a Line Service Technician, who stated she was 'busy.' Five minutes later, another LST rushed into the FBO, informed me it would take a few more minutes, and then proceeded to loudly argue with the CSR about an unrelated matter. Having previously worked as an LST myself, I strongly advise avoiding this facility.

Following up on a prior comment—I never received a pre-heat cart but ended up with a damaged aircraft! Line service employees carelessly towed my brand new T182 into their hangar (without my authorization) rather than using a pre-heat cart. During this process, they scratched my nose wheel pant with their towbar. The line service supervisor who towed my 182 refused to accept responsibility, asserting the damage was preexisting, which was absolutely false. I requested photos of the damage before he began towing, and he stated he took none. Truly unbelievable.

Excellent support from JetSet. First time arriving at KPWA, and the Tower personnel here were very cooperative.

Fueling up was quick. The service was excellent, CAA prices were competitive, and they had very good ice cream sandwiches.
